By inviting or using the 8 Ailes bot on your Discord server, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Use.
If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the bot or access this site.
8 Ailes is a Discord bot offering moderation, engagement, and server management features, including:
- Customized welcome messages with Discord embeds
- XP and level system (text and voice)

- Support ticket system

/chat - And many other modules configurable from the dashboard
You agree to use the bot in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. It is strictly forbidden to:
- Attempt to compromise or exploit the bot for malicious purposes
- Use the bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Bypass the security measures in place
- Use the bot to spread illegal or offensive content
- Attempt to access the source code without explicit authorization
We do our best to keep the bot available at all times. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by a service interruption, whether planned or not.
The 8 Ailes bot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all liability for:
- Data loss or indirect damages related to the use of the bot
- Actions taken by administrators on their server
- Content published by members of servers using the bot
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. The last update date is always indicated at the top of the page.
For any questions regarding these terms :

- Discord identifiers: user ID, server ID, channel IDs — necessary for module operation

/setbirthday - XP points and levels: if the level system is enabled on your server
- Server configuration: settings defined by administrators via the dashboard
- Discord username and avatar: retrieved via OAuth2 upon dashboard login, stored in session only
Collected data is used exclusively for:
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the bot modules
- Saving the custom configuration of each server

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

- The access token is stored in a PHP session and expires automatically
- You can revoke access at any time from Discord → Settings → Authorized Apps
Configuration data is retained as long as the bot is on your server.
- Remove the bot from your server to stop all active data collection
- Existing data can be deleted upon request
We process your request within 7 business days.
Technical measures in place to protect your data:
- Prepared queries (PDO) — protection against SQL injections
- Systematic validation and escaping of user data
- Discord permission check before each sensitive action
- Secure PHP sessions with automatic expiration
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: know what data is stored about you
- Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
- Right to object: object to the processing of your data
