By inviting or using the bot 8 Ailes Music on your Discord server, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Service.
If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the bot or access this site.
8 Ailes Music is a Discord bot offering moderation, entertainment and server management features, including:
- Customizable welcome messages with Discord embeds
- XP and level system (text and voice)
- Giveaway organization
- Real-time Twitch live notifications
- Automatic and manual moderation
- Support ticket system
- Artificial intelligence via
/chat - And many more configurable modules from the dashboard
You agree to use the bot in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. It is strictly prohibited to:
- Attempt to compromise or exploit the bot for malicious purposes
- Use the bot to harass, threaten or harm other users
- Bypass the security measures in place
- Use the bot to distribute illegal or inappropriate content
- Attempt to access the source code without explicit permission
We do our best to keep the bot available at all times. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical issues.
We cannot be held liable for damages caused by a service interruption, whether planned or unplanned.
The bot 8 Ailes Music is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all liability for:
- Data loss or indirect damages related to the use of the bot
- Actions taken by administrators on their server
- Content posted by members of servers using the bot
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. The last updated date is always shown at the top of the page.
For any questions regarding these terms:
As part of the operation of 8 Ailes Music, we collect and store:
- Discord identifiers: user ID, server ID, channel IDs — necessary for module operation
- Birthday dates: only if you use
/setbirthday - XP points and levels: if the level system is enabled on your server
- Server configuration: settings defined by administrators via the dashboard
- Discord username and avatar: retrieved via OAuth2 when logging into the dashboard, stored in session only
The data collected is used exclusively to:
- Ensure the proper functioning of bot modules
- Save the custom configuration of each server
- Display information in the dashboard
- Improve service performance and stability
Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Dashboard login uses the Discord OAuth2 protocol. When logging in:
- We only request the
identifyandguildsscopes - Your Discord password is never transmitted or visible to our servers
- The access token is stored in the PHP session and expires automatically
- You can revoke access at any time from Discord → Settings → Authorized Apps
Configuration data is retained as long as the bot is present on your server.
- Kick the bot from your server to stop all active collection
- Existing data can be deleted upon simple request
We process your request within 7 business days.
Technical measures in place to protect your data:
- Prepared queries (PDO) — protection against SQL injections
- Systematic validation and escaping of user data
- Discord permission verification before each sensitive action
- Secure PHP sessions with automatic expiration
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: know the data stored about you
- Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
- Right to object: object to the processing of your data
